From the Vault
Some stories never really go off the air. These are famous cases from years past, retold from the original record: who said what, when, where it was first reported, and what’s still unexplained. Each one is marked with the era it was first reported in, so you’ll never mistake it for tonight’s news.

From the Vault: The Night a Glowing Dome Landed Near Uniontown and Two Hairy Giants Walked the Fence LineOn Oct. 25, 1973, about 15 people near Uniontown, Pennsylvania, reported a red ball of light coming down over a pasture.
